We've helped hundreds of people recover from addiction and go on to lead happy, productive lives. Are you ready to begin that journey?

Step 1

Get in touch with us: Call or Send us a Message and let us know your situation. Please note that individuals cannot have used any drug in the previous 72 hours before admission. (See information below regarding help with withdrawal)

Step 2

Download and complete the Client Assessment Form. You can bring your completed form to us or email it to us

Step 3

We'll set up a time to discuss your circumstances, either via a phone call or in person to decide if our program is a good fit for you.

Referrals

Referrals are accepted from any agency or organization serving chemically dependent people. Self-referrals are accepted provided no intoxication has occurred in the previous 72 hours. I finally have hope.

"I will forever be grateful to everyone at the Fellowship Home, more than words could ever express! Everyone helped me to grow and change so much. I'll never forget the things you've taught me, especially how to be honest
with myself and enjoy life clean and sober."
